Tom Jr's has been widely recognized for the outstanding products they have.  We are best know for our homemade smoked sausage!  We have Pure Pork Sausage in a variety of flavors including Mild, Medium and Hot.  These flavors have been the staple to the Tom Jr's name for many years!  We also have flavors such as Maple, Green Onion and Garlic, and Green Onion with Jalapeno, just to name a few!  

We also have created summer sausage and fan favorite, Snack Stix in many flavors! 

Please meet Tom Jr's new owners!  Mitchell and Britney Prince became the proud owners of Tom Jr's Meat Market in June 2021.  They have been married since June 2014 and are the proud parents of 5 beautiful children, Kinlee, Adalynn, Paxton (aka Meat Market Baby),  Jetson and Zoey.  Mitchell is a Kirbyville High School graduate class of 2002!  Mitchell worked at Tom Jr's during high school and after, where Terry taught him the business and how to wield a knife!  Mitchell kept working as a butcher, working at restaurants as well as being with a grocery store chain for many years.  He became the Meat Market Manager and honed his business skills to match his cutting skills.  As his family grew, Mitchell went to work in a plant, again moving up quickly.  His love for butchering never letting up.  When the opportunity to purchase Tom Jr's came up, Mitchell was happy to think of being a business owner and bringing his children and his wife home to Kirbyville.  We hope you enjoy what Mitchell has brought to Tom's and look forward to serving Kirbyville and the surrounding areas for all your meat and deli needs!
